The Goldstar Partners team manage the full search process which includes scoping the role, devising an imaginative search strategy, developing a long-list of potential candidates, presenting a focused short-list, referencing, advising on remuneration, closing the deal and ensuring a smooth transition. We lead searches for both executive and non-executive roles.
We offer a fixed fee per project. Our fees are transparent and linked to the key milestones of the search; instruction to proceed, short-list presentation and acceptance of offer.
